Bring your boat, launch straight into the back-bay flats, and be at Gulf fishing grounds in minutes.
Three bedrooms, two baths, sleeps up to eight. Fully stocked kitchen with the good coffee maker, coffee, sugar, cooking oils, and a spice cabinet ready to go. Every hygiene basic is already in the bathrooms so you can pack lighter. Real linens on every bed. Come as you are, cook a real family meal the first night, and skip the Publix run.
Three kayaks and two paddleboards live under the house, ready to use. Push off from the back yard and you're in flat-water shallows in seconds. Manatee-swim tours, Three Sisters Springs, Homosassa wildlife — all within a short drive.
The home is elevated with concrete pillars, wide covered parking underneath for six cars plus your boat trailer, and a large covered porch for evenings by the water. Grill included. Set back off the road, quiet neighborhood, direct water frontage.
